As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with strong food knowledge, and use this to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to achieve high standards
• Has experience managing a kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
