Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus

Location: Islington

Are you a passionate hospitality leader with a flair for creativity and a love for all things lifestyle, food, and design? We're looking for a Deputy General Manager to join the leadership team at one of Islington’s most stylish hotels.


As Deputy General Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, inspire a high-performing team, and ensure the guest experience is seamless, memorable, and consistently on-brand. You’ll be hands-on, visible, and a true culture ambassador, leading from the front in a space that blends charm with urban energy.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the GM in all aspects of hotel operations, including F&B, rooms, and front office
  • Driving service standards and brand values across departments
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a young, dynamic team
  • Overseeing operational efficiency and cost controls
  • Being guest-facing and visible at peak service times—setting the tone for excellence
