Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in opening Europe’s largest Moxy Hotel and managing daily operations, ensuring smooth running and exceptional guest experiences from day one.

The Role

The Deputy General Manager at Moxy will have a deep connection to the target guest and the brand’s core values—thoughtful, fun, and spirited. You will understand and resonate with what Moxy stands for.

You will handle core responsibilities such as meeting metrics, managing finances, and reporting, while focusing on bringing the Moxy experience to life for every guest and Crew Member. This includes everything from check-in and greeting, to creating the right vibe in the lobby, serving drinks at the bar, delivering Rockstar service, ensuring efficient check-out, and managing every interaction in between.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Oversee all aspects of the guest journey, from check-in to check-out, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Operations Management: Ensure efficient running of all departments, including reception, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.
• Brand Advocacy: Champion the MOXY brand and ensure our unique culture is reflected throughout the hotel.
• Financial Performance: Drive revenue and profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
