As Deputy General Manager, you should know the local Edinburgh market and understand how to maximize revenue by managing the details through your department managers and team. Leading by example and having a good understanding of Health & Safety are essential, along with effective communication skills.
Previous experience managing a team and a sound knowledge of food and drink in a similar-sized property are preferred but not mandatory.
