Malmaison is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead their team in Oxford. This role focuses on developing staff, driving brand strategy, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and a good understanding of the local market.
Rate of Pay / Hours: Competitive Salary plus Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development / 45 Hours per Week

Candidate Profile: As Deputy General Manager, you will know the local market and understand how to maximize revenue by managing the bigger picture while overseeing department managers and teams. Leading from the front and setting an example is essential. You will need a good understanding of Health & Safety and effective communication skills. Attention to detail is crucial here at Malmaison.
Experience: Ideally, you will have previous experience managing a team and possess sound knowledge of food and drink in a similar-sized property; however, this isn’t a deal breaker.
