Job summary
PizzaExpress is seeking a capable second-in-command to join our Bath team. You will partner with the General Manager to manage daily operations, uphold quality and safety standards, and drive commercial success across the Pizzeria.
You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team, delivering memorable customer experiences while seizing sales opportunities and developing your leadership journey through our development programmes and dedicated support.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or retail setting.
- Experience with P&L management and financial analysis.
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
- Customer service excellence with a track record of delivering memorable guest experiences.
