In this role, you are an organized leader who enjoys motivating your team. You will drive the brand strategy across all business elements and distinguish HDV as a preferred employer and destination for dining and accommodation.
You possess market knowledge and know how to maximize revenue by overseeing your department managers and teams, leading by example and managing both the big picture and details seamlessly.
Previous experience managing large teams and a solid understanding of food and drink operations in a similar-sized property are preferred, but not essential.
