Deputy General Manager - Elvis Evolution

Taking place at Immerse LDN at London Excel Waterfront, this is a high-energy, high-tech homage that promises to be an unforgettable night, where guests will walk in Elvis' blue suede shoes.

About the role:

As the Deputy General Manager of Elvis Evolution, you will collaborate with the General Manager and team members to ensure smooth daily operations. As well as managing, training, and motivating our talented team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

Role responsibilities:

  • Support with day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high standards of quality.
  • Support with inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining relationships with vendors and Compass supply channels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff, including chefs, servers, and bartenders.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of staff to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Work alongside the onsite staffing team to make sure staff are accurately booked in accordance to business requirements and labour budgets
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints promptly.
  • Implement and maintain service standards, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff.
