I am currently recruiting an experienced Deputy General Manager for a contract in the heart of Cambridgeshire. This role requires a candidate with strong knowledge of both Retail and Hospitality services and someone who leads by example
The ideal General Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;
·Experience in a management role, within the Contract Catering sector
·Strong knowledge of both retail and hospitality operations
·High volume experience, catering for 1000 people daily
·Standards driven, placing a strong focus on the quality of food and service
Working predominantly Monday to Friday, but you will be required to work occasional weekends to suit the demands of the business.
