This is a role for a Deputy General Manager (Clinical) at Barchester Healthcare, a leading provider of care homes in the UK. As the Clinical Lead, you will support the delivery of high-quality care, work closely with the General Manager, and lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible quality of life for residents. You will be responsible for setting and maintaining the highest standards, conducting audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

We'll also look for some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, an understanding of budget management, and a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
