PizzaExpress (Restaurants) Limited is seeking a second-in-command at our Pizzeria to drive commercial success through effective leadership and business oversight. You will work with the General Manager, manage P&L, incentivise sales, recruit and train a dynamic team, and ensure a memorable guest experience.
