PizzaExpress (Restaurants) Limited in Carlisle is seeking a second-in-command to lead with flair, manage P&L, seize sales opportunities, and drive your pizzeria to commercial success while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will recruit, train and coach a dynamic team, benefit from development programmes and dedicated support, and have real scope to showcase your leadership journey and advance with one of the UK’s iconic brands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team with a focus on service quality.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver a memorable guest experience.

• Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead a team effectively
• Financial Management: Exposure to managing a P&L, budgeting, or financial analysis to drive optimal performance
• Customer Service Excellence: Experience delivering outstanding service, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a memorable experience
