Bel & The Dragon Odiham has just undergone a significant 1.5M refurbishment and the business is thriving. We are set to complete our record ever summer period and hope that this winter will beat last years record Christmas period, with planning already in place.

Because of the success of the business, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager looking for the next step in their career, with the aim of progressing to General Management. This would suit a pub/restaurant manager who is looking to add premium experience to their CV as well as bedrooms experience.

We are a complete team of around 50 individuals, we boast 16 boutique hotel bedrooms, with a large garden terrace of around 110 covers, an 80 seater restaurant, 12 cover Private Dining room & bar areas.
