NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board All Age Continuing Care function seeks a Deputy Director to provide strategic and professional leadership across the footprint. The postholder will lead statutory continuing care responsibilities, overseeing quality, performance, transformation and budgets, and work with NHS bodies, councils and third-sector partners to develop integrated services.

Qualifikationen

• Masters-level education or equivalent experience.
• Professional clinical qualification (nursing, AHP or social work).
• Evidence of continuing professional development.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for All Age Continuing Care across West Yorkshire.
• Ensure safe, high-quality care in line with statutory requirements.
• Lead service transformation, quality improvement and assurance programmes.
• Oversee performance, activity and financial information for value for money.
• Work with NHS, local authorities and partners to develop integrated services.
• Lead, inspire and develop multi-functional teams, building a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.
• Provide expert advice on commissioning, service redesign and national policy.
• Build relationships with senior leaders, partners, patients and communities to influence system-wide change.
• Manage significant budgets with governance and financial control.
• Translate national and local priorities into sustainable improvements for patients, families and communities.
