A leading arts organization in Nottingham is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Deputy Director. This role involves overseeing operational management and implementing business plans in alignment with organizational values. Job Description
The Deputy Director works closely with the Director, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and Board to deliver the strategic direction, business planning, and lead the operational management of the organisation.
The Deputy Director is responsible for the effective internal operation of the organisation, including administrative, facilities, financial, personnel, IT, and legal functions, as well as its income generation growth strategy. The post holder has executive responsibility for developing and delivering all aspects of the Business Plan and Arts Council England's National Portfolio funding agreement, monitoring all Key Performance Indicators. The Deputy Director collaborates with the Director and SLT to shape a sustainable future for the Gallery, maximize income generation, and reduce environmental impact.
