This full-time, term-time role involves supporting students in need and collaborating with various services to ensure their protection. Salary: FTE £37,401 to £40,462, Actual Salary £32,414 to £35,067
A recruitment and retention allowance may be available for an outstanding candidate.

We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to support a case load of students identified as requiring safeguarding support.
The role will include making appropriate referrals to other support agencies and will act as one of the primary contacts for staff who have concerns about students. The successful candidate will be familiar with Safeguarding Policies and Procedures and have experience in attending and participating in Planning and Review meetings and working closely with colleagues in Children’s Services as required.
