About The Role

We have an unwavering belief that every child can meet the highest expectations of behaviour, effort, and academic progress. The Deputy DSL will be critical in supporting those children who find it hardest to meet those expectations to do so.

As DDSL, you will build close and professional relationships with vulnerable students, their families, and support networks to enable them to achieve outstanding academic and personal progress, providing a real opportunity to transform students’ futures.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience working with children, along with the drive and enthusiasm to inspire students. Crucial to this role is the ability to coach and develop students to become the best version of themselves. The ideal candidate will be excited and motivated by this responsibility.

About Us

We are a new secondary school in Acton, opened in 2021, with plans for 900 students in Years 7-11 by September 2025. Pupils will sit GCSEs for the first time and prepare for A-level progression.
