We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Deputy Commercial Manager at Hinkley Point C.
As a Deputy Commercial Manager, you will support the Commercial Manager in the daily running of commercial activities, including cost control, preparation of applications, and mentoring the Wilson James operational team on commercial awareness. You will support the Commercial Manager with data forecasting for labor and materials. You will have strong communication skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Salary starting from £58,000 (depending on experience).

What do we need from you:
- Relevant Degree or equivalent experience in commercial management or a related field.
- Ability to analyze and understand data and present it to others in differing formats.
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Excel.
- Prior experience of working within a busy office environment and under pressure.
- Ability to manage your own time effectively, prioritizing tasks when required, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- CITB HSE Test (Manager & Professional standard).
- Ability to interact comfortably with both blue and white collar workers.
- A working knowledge of SAP.
- Proven track record in large scale projects in the nuclear or similar regulated sector.
Site Specific Information:
- You must be able to provide a 3-year work/unemployment/education history required for the vetting process in line with HPC protocols.
- You must be able to obtain the HPC pass.
- The site is located remotely, and a bus journey of 45 minutes each way is required to gain access.
