Overview

Job Title: Deputy Clinical Manager
Location: Greenford, North West London
Salary: Up to £27 per hour , 37.5 to 40 hrs per week
The role is permanent and offers an hourly rate of up to £27, primarily working 9am to 5pm, with flexibility required for staff training and potential floor duties. This role is supernumerary.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Clinical Manager in overseeing the clinical operations within the nursing home.
  • Ensure excellent clinical governance and maintain high standards of nursing care.
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans and risk assessments.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
  • Strong clinical governance and general nursing skills.
  • Proven experience in leading a team within a nursing home setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when necessary.
