A leading renal care provider is seeking a Deputy Clinic Manager for its Eastbourne clinic. Ideal candidates should be NMC Registered Nurses with at least 2 years in senior Haemodialysis, capable of effective communication and team leadership. Your Responsibilities:

• Overseeing clinic operations to ensure quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
• Supervising and supporting staff with continuous professional development and training.
• Managing patient scheduling and staffing for optimal efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and Renal Association Standards.
• Providing specialized nursing knowledge and skills to junior team members.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

• NMC Registered Nurse with post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
• At least two years of experience in Haemodialysis at a Senior level.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills.
