The role involves managing the clinic in the absence of the manager, ensuring high standards of patient care, fostering relationships with NHS teams, and leading a dedicated nursing team. Ideal candidates should be NMC Registered Nurses with at least 2 years in senior Haemodialysis, capable of effective communication and team leadership. A competitive salary up to £44,524 and comprehensive benefits are offered.
