Deputy Clerk - 12-month FTC

Your new company
An independent tribunal responsible for taking disciplinary actions is seeking a Deputy Clerk to join the organisation. Accountable for removing individuals from practice, suspensions, imposing fines, and issuing reprimands.

Your new role The Deputy Clerk will be responsible for advising and guiding on various procedures and points of law, preparing and drafting documents and working with the team to ensure tribunal processes run smoothly in line with strategic goals.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified solicitor/barrister
• 10PQE (guidelines only)
• Regulation and professional disciplinary experience
• Litigation experience
• Management abilities
• Flexible and responsive
