Do you have experience as a Senior Support Worker/Deputy Home Manager in a residential children's setting?

For over 30 years, SWAAY have been providing specialised, high-quality care for young males aged 11-18 with developmental trauma, attachment difficulties and who have displayed sexually harmful behavior. We are a therapeutic centered, holistic service with x6 residential homes (rated Good to Outstanding by Ofsted) across Bracknell and Farnborough, our own specialised school and a multidisciplinary therapy team that work weekly alongside our homes both in 1 to 1 and group sessions with our young people providing catered support to their needs!
We are looking for a dedicated Deputy Home Manager who is passionate about creating and providing a nurturing, non-judgmental and inclusive home environment for vulnerable young people, to join our team!
You will be a positive role model to the young people in our care and will work with openness and compassion, with an ability to set and maintain boundaries to keep our young people safe.

What do we offer?
£28,500 - £34,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) plus sleep in at an extra £2,730 onto your package!
Shifts: 3pm – 11pm, 10am – 11pm, sleep in shifts
