We are seeking a dynamic and values-driven Deputy Chief People Officer to join our senior leadership team at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping the future of our workforce and leading large-scale change that will make a real difference to our people and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Chief People Officer in creating and delivering the Trust’s Brilliant People Strategy and People & Culture Plan.
  • Lead on workforce transformation, organisational development, and cultural change across a large, complex NHS Trust.
  • Provide strategic leadership across all areas of HR, including employee relations, workforce intelligence, and business partnering.
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion, and help embed a culture where everyone feels valued and empowered.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and represent the People Directorate at executive and board level.

This role is ideal for someone who is ready to step into a broader leadership position and is looking to progress to a Chief People Officer role in the future.
