With the Civil Aerospace landscape rapidly evolving to meet increasing passenger demand, zero-emission goals, and sustainable manufacturing requirements, there has never been a more exciting time to help shape the future of industrial solutions. The NCC’s Aerospace team are positioned at the forefront of Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) and High-rate Next Generation Single Aisle development programs. These initiatives aim to revolutionize aircraft manufacturing while supporting ambitious government efforts to anchor whole aircraft / large workshare in the UK economy.
To support this, the NCC’s Aerospace Chief Engineers team is seeking an inspiring and experienced Deputy Chief Engineer to provide technical leadership and governance, establish industrial technology partnerships, and help drive strategic sector ambitions.
As Deputy Chief Engineer, you’ll take a key leadership role, ensuring the technical quality and engineering excellence of aerospace programs within the NCC’s £16m+ Aerostructures portfolio. Working alongside a program manager, you’ll develop local sector strategies, foster strong customer relationships, and identify new opportunities to grow and diversify the portfolio.
