Job summary

NHS Grampian's Royal Cornhill Hospital is seeking a registered mental health nurse to take on a Deputy Charge Nurse role in the Forensic Rehab Ward. You will contribute to high-quality, evidence-based care and support clients with diverse mental health needs, within a risk-assessed, patient-centered environment.

You will lead and motivate the team, manage risk, and participate in service development and cultural change.

Qualifications

• Registered mental health nurse with current registration.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team and manage risk.
• Understanding of current legislation related to mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, evidence-based care in a forensic setting.
