Job Overview

Join our expanding Reproductive Health team at NUH as a Band 6 Deputy Sister/Deputy Charge Nurse. We are developing a dedicated 14-bed female-only ward for surgical elective Gynaecology and Gynaecology patients, offering a supportive environment, a skilled multidisciplinary team, and opportunities aligned with NUH Women’s Health Strategy.

Main Duties
  • Ensure patient involvement and feedback is integrated into care standards and improvements.
  • Provide visible clinical leadership and role modeling, including direct patient care.

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient experiences.
