Position

An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Charge Nurse at University Hospital Crosshouse.

What you will do:

This post will involve working within all areas of the Endoscopy unit and assisting in the management and co-ordination of the Endoscopy Service within NHS Ayrshire & Arran.

Full support will be given to gain management experience within this area of nursing and as a department we will strongly support personal development

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

You will be a Registered Nurse with Current Nursing and Midwifery Council Registration.

Experience and good working knowledge of an Endoscopy Unit is essential, as part of the role will be providing training and education to all staff in the Endoscopy Unit.

Demonstration of good communication skills and working as an effective team member are essential to this role.
