Job summary

Sellick Partnership is working with The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (RJAH) to appoint a Deputy Chief Digital Information Officer. The role reports to the Chief Digital and Information Officer and will shape and deliver the Trust's digital vision, ensuring high-quality, secure digital services that support patient care and organisational performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent senior leadership experience.
• Experience managing large budgets and business planning.
• Experience leading digital transformation in a large organisation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with executive/board level influence.
• Broad technical knowledge across IT operations, cyber security, data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Trust's digital strategy and roadmap.
• Lead Digital and Information Services with secure, resilient services.
• Lead major digital transformation initiatives and service improvements.
• Develop relationships with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders.
• Act as Deputy SIRO and support cyber security, information governance and resilience.
• Drive data & analytics capability for evidence-based decisions.
• Governance, risk, service management and assurance across digital services.
• Manage significant budgets, business cases and investment decisions.
• Deputise for the CDIO in meetings, boards and governance forums.
