Deputy Care Operations Manager (Maidstone)
- Support and transport vulnerable service users as part of a team.
- Attend the office within one hour during on-call shifts.
- Maintain an Enhanced DBS (organized and paid for during induction).
- Provide a professional and caring service for all patients.
- Ensure patient safety remains paramount at all times, adhering to safe systems of work.
- Support patient care during assessments in line with the Mental Health Act.
- Use company vehicles and equipment safely, prepare patient paperwork, and drive to local and national locations.
Main duties of the job
Key Skills:
- Valid UK manual driving license held for at least 1 year.
- Over 21 years old due to insurance requirements.

This is a full-time role (40.3 hours/week) on a 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern, alternating between days and nights.
Working times may change with reasonable notice. Flexibility may be needed for patient care, including potential over-runs or hour reductions based on work levels.
Compensation includes a blended rate of £14.29/hour (day, night, and weekend shifts), with annual remuneration starting from £29,993.83 based on expected hours.
- Over-runs paid at £22/hour
- Extra £1.20/hour for work at a Mental Health place of safety and bed watch activities
- Additional £1.75/hour for some call-in or overtime shifts

Experience
- UK manual driving license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
