Location: HP10 High Wycombe

Salary: £34/35k per annum(Dependent on experience)

The Role

The care home are looking for a leader of people to work along side another deputy, who has been a successful deputy or senior carer in a care home for older people, preferably someone with experience of good and outstanding practice already.

They want someone who knows high standards and who can deliver them through a team of dedicated carers.

This is a superb role for an experienced care manager who understands high care standards and wants the resources to be able to deliver that.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Ideally Level 3 or working to level 5 (Or willingness to undertake this)
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a care professional
