Deputy Care Manager required in Northleach, Gloucestershire for a residential care home

£42k per annum

Full Time day shifts - 40 hours per week

Job Setting

My client requires a dedicated Deputy Care Manager to work within a beautiful residential home in Northleach, Gloucestershire. The home offers Nursing care to Elderly & Dementia residents. You will have excellent leadership qualities and be involved in staff management. You will assist the Home Manager in the daily running of the home.

You will be directly involved with senior management, supervising staff and monitoring patient care. The successful Deputy Staff Nurse will have excellent leadership skills and a caring approach.

Skills and Responsibilities
  • Ensure the provision of person-centred care, promoting residents' interests and understanding their needs
  • Manage staff effectively, providing guidance, supervision, support, recruitment, and onboarding
  • Work with the registered manager to meet business objectives and CQC compliance, fostering good stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate with Hospitality and Maintenance teams to uphold standards in the home's environment, including food, housekeeping, and residents' clothing and building maintenance
