A child care organization in the North East of England is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead care teams. The role requires management experience in the care sector, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and the ability to manage challenging behaviors while promoting a positive culture. We’re looking for experienced care professionals with proven management experience to step into a key leadership role as Deputy Manager.
As with all our field-based roles, you may be placed in a team anywhere across the North East of England — so flexibility with travel and staying away from home is essential.

· Empathetic, curious, and able to engage with young people in a supportive, age-appropriate way.
