Job Title: Deputy Care Manager (Domiciliary)

Location: Croydon & Sutton

Contract: Full-Time

Salary: £29,000 - £34,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for a deputy care manager or care coordinator to take the next step in their career, joining a values-driven and established Top 20 Home care provider. Radfield Home care specialises in providing personalised, private care for older people in their own home. Our mission is to make ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all involved and our Deputy Managers have a huge role to play in making this happen.

The successful applicant will be the kind of person who loves to help others get the most out of life, managing the day-to-day running of the Radfield Home Care service in Croydon & Sutton, driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality. In simple terms, you will be making sure that our care professionals get the support they need and our clients get the care that’s right for them.

You will love the challenge of a busy working environment where no two days are ever the same. You’re a people person with experience of recruiting, managing and leading a team within the home care sector.

A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is essential. Please note that we are unable to offer Visa sponsorship for this role. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore the role will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure check and satisfactory references.
