About the Deputy Care Manager Role

Working closely with the Home Manager, you will play an essential part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a nurturing, high-quality environment for both residents and staff.

Deputy Care Manager Key Responsibilities:
  1. Overseeing administrative tasks such as staff training, inductions, and appraisals
  2. Managing customer service and enquiry handling
  3. Assisting with recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new staff
  4. Arranging trial visits and conducting pre-admission assessments
