Could you be the care assistant in Radfield Home Care Watford & Borehamwood we’re looking for?

Our amazing Deputy Care Managers are people who love to help others get the most out of life.

You’ll support the day-to-day running of the Radfield Home Care service in Watford & Borehamwood, driving success and growth by promoting a positive working environment, maintaining standards, and ensuring quality.

In simple terms, you’ll ensure our care professionals get the support they need and our clients receive the care that’s right for them.

You thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same. You’re a people person, with experience in recruiting, managing, and developing a team. Previous experience working for a home care provider is preferred.

A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.

We’d also love to hear from you if you have previous care experience in roles such as care home manager, care coordinator, field care supervisor, or deputy care home manager.
