Overview

Deputy Care Home Manager – Newport location. No weekends - supernumerary only. Candour Healthcare is proud to be working with a large south Wales elder care provider and is currently looking for a deputy nurse manager to work in one of the flagship care homes in Newport. This state-of-the-art 30 bed nursing and residential home offers individual patient-centred care and is looking for a senior nurse or clinical lead to step into this role to help support the current home manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the current Home Manager in day-to-day operational leadership within a 30 bed nursing and residential home.
• Ensure high standards of care delivery and regulatory compliance in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Active NMC pin is required.
• At least 2 years of leading experience in a care home environment.
