An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Deputy Care Manager to join their team. This role involves supporting adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 and experience in leadership, providing both administrative oversight and direct care. With a focus on enhancing the quality of life for individuals, you will play a crucial role in managing services that cater to diverse needs, including those who may present challenging behaviors. NVQ Level 3 required along with Team Leader experience.
Experience in supporting individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities.

Manage a mix of administrative duties and direct support.
Work shifts from 8am to 8pm in a residential setting.

Position - Deputy Care Manager

Salary - £27,560 per annum

Required - NVQ L3 and/or experience as a Team Leader in a previous role.

40 hours per week with a mix of Administration duties and direct supporting. Shift times 8am - 8pm.

About the service

Two small residential services for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities. Some of the individuals who we support may also present challenging behaviors.
