Job Title: Deputy Care Manager
Location: Ilford
Salary: £34,000 - £36,000

Purosearch are looking for an experienced Deputy Care Manager to join a growing provider of Supported Living services in Ilford.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Care Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality care and support for residents in supported living settings.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and support care staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards, including health and safety protocols.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes residents' independence and well-being.
- Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and community partnerships.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a care management role, preferably in supported living or similar settings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
