Qualifications

• Experience leading a care team in a complex needs setting.
• Strong safeguarding, regulatory and care planning knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organisation to manage a busy service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day running of the service.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the care team.
• Ensure high standards of person-centred care are delivered.
• Support care planning, risk assessments and reviews.
• Monitor compliance with legislation, policies and procedures.
• Support staff supervision and performance development.
• Respond to safeguarding concerns and incidents.
• Liaise with families, professionals and external agencies.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment.
• Participate in on-call rota on occasion.
