Main duties of the job

Job responsibilities

• Communicate with all departments to ensure knowledge is shared to enable colleagues to provide the highest quality of care to people living in the home. To maintain effective communication with other relevant health care professionals, clients and relatives, always preserving professional confidentiality.

Lead care teams to ensure skills are recognised and matched to where they are most needed in order to provide the best care.

Demonstrate a good working knowledge of policies and procedures ensuring that these are implemented and followed.
