Job Title: Deputy Care Home Manager

Location: Enfield

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 DOE

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our small residential home in Enfield. The successful candidate will support the Care Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality care and services are provided to our residents as well as being trusted to lead the service in the absence of the Home Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the overall operations of the care home.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Lead and motivate the care team to deliver excellent care and services.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain a high standard of care.
  • Collaborate with staff, residents, and their families to address any concerns.
  • Support the Care Home Manager in recruitment, training, and staff development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Skills and Experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and regulations.
  • Proven experience with inspections and audits.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
