Deputy Boutique Manager, Old Bond Street

(Permanent, Full-Time)

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As Jaeger-LeCoultre Deputy Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in representing the Maison, building and maintaining the Boutique's reputation by exceeding client expectations and maximizing sales opportunities to reach targets.

Agile, resilient, and connected, you will embrace new retail services while maintaining excellent operational standards as per Jaeger-LeCoultre policies.

Finally, you will be responsible for fostering team spirit and overseeing team members to exceed targets and achieve boutique KPIs.

Key responsibilities:
Boutique KPIs
  • Assist the Boutique Director in achieving monthly and yearly Boutique turnover and KPI targets set by the brand
  • Achieve personal targets (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Deliver a flawless in-store journey to clients, inspiring team members
  • Manage and ensure Store Operations follow corporate guidelines
  • Ensure the highest level of service to After Sales Clients
  • Proactively manage complaints
Boutique Management and team leadership
  • Assist the Boutique Director in driving, monitoring, and reporting on the performance of the boutique and team members with routines such as morning briefs and coaching sessions
  • Ensure store operations and procedures are followed to enable the team to perform at their best
  • Provide training plans and career development to motivate the team
  • Coach and organize training and development needs
  • Act as a business enabler to grow and engage the VVIC clients database
Business development
  • Leverage London's and Mayfair's strategic location to grow Jaeger-LeCoultre's business
  • Participate in networking activities and client events
  • Use affinity partnerships and contacts to boost sales and traffic
  • Develop individual client relationships and prospects
Retail and Service Excellence
  • Ensure the 'Selling Ceremony' is respected and deliver an excellent client journey
  • Deepen knowledge of the client database and oversee CRM activities
  • Aim for 100% Mystery Shopping results
  • Represent the Maison as an ambassador, maintaining its image
  • Coordinate with marketing on visual and merchandising standards
  • Maintain impeccable grooming standards
Outreach
  • Develop relationships and build a network of key contacts
  • Participate in off-site events and clienteling activities
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
  • Extensive experience in Luxury Goods Retail
  • Previous team management experience
  • Understanding of KPI management
  • Good education, etiquette, and presentation skills
  • Strong luxury service perception and proactive approach
