Overview

Job Context: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Accounts & Finance team as Assistant / Deputy Manager (Project). The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring effective financial planning, coordination, and monitoring of project-related activities. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to maintain accurate financial records, support project decision-making, and collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, pricing proposals, and profitability analyses for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Monitor project timelines and financial milestones, ensuring alignment with the recovery schedule.
  • Maintain updated records of project costs, invoices, and payments; ensure timely billing and collections.
  • Communicate regularly with internal departments (procurement, operations, sales) and external vendors to ensure accurate documentation and approvals.
  • Prepare periodic financial summaries and reports for project reviews, management reporting, and audits.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for monthly closing, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Support the development of recovery plans and monitor project-related financial KPIs.
