Job Vacancy: Deputy Manager - Sexual Violence Advocacy Service
Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days a week in South London office)
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week), Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Contract: Temporary - 3 - 4 month contract
Salary: £19-25 Per hour

Are you passionate about supporting survivors of sexual violence and ready to step into a senior leadership role within a dynamic, specialist team?
We are seeking a Deputy Manager to support the delivery and development of a well-established Advocacy Service that provides specialist support to women and girls impacted by sexual violence, particularly those navigating the criminal justice system.
As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the strategic and operational oversight of a frontline team including Independent Sexual Violence Advocates (ISVAs) and Caseworkers. You'll work closely with the Service Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery, lead on safeguarding, manage staff performance and development, and contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of services.
