An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and dynamic Deputy Team Manager to join Oxford City Adult Mental Health Team (AMHT) within Oak sub team.
This is a key leadership role within a well-established, multidisciplinary team that consists of both highly experienced and newly qualified professionals, all committed to delivering high-quality care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges in our local community. Location: Warneford Hospital office - covering Headington, Barton, Blackbird leys, Wood Farm, Iffley, Littlemore and Kennington.
As Deputy Team Manager, you will provide clinical oversight and leadership to the team, working closely with the Consultant Psychiatrist (Clinical Lead) and Team Manager (Operational Lead). Your responsibilities will include:
