What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the Account Director in the day-to-day delivery of premium workplace services
Acting as a key point of contact for operational leads and client stakeholders
Leading exciting projects like new service launches and tech integrations
Driving financial performance with insight, foresight, and commercial flair
Collaborating with talented chefs, marketers, and HSE experts to deliver innovation
Supporting, mentoring, and motivating on-site teams to achieve their best
Playing an active role in strategic planning, reviews, and client presentations

A people-first leader with experience in hospitality or contract catering
Strong operational background, ideally across multiple service lines or locations
Commercial acumen and confidence working with budgets and KPIs
