The role involves being the key contact for the client, ensuring quality and service standards across the national business. You will manage, develop, and inspire General Managers and their teams to deliver excellent customer experiences with strong commercial results. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a clear understanding of quality standards, and project management experience, especially related to investment planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a national portfolio
• Act as the primary client contact, maintaining quality and service standards
• Manage and motivate General Managers and their teams for seamless customer service and strong financial outcomes
• Lead future investment projects and initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in multi-unit contract catering or a similar catering business
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic implementation abilities
• Excellent communication skills, capable of motivating at all organizational levels
• Passion for food and hospitality
• Proven leadership and financial responsibility
