The report must be signed by the Head Teacher and emailed in PDF format from their email address to [e-mail]. Please include the (EAD) reference number of the post on the report. The report should be submitted prior to the closing date.

Important: Failure to submit the report as specified may result in your application being excluded from shortlisting.
