Job summary

Magnus Search Ltd. is seeking a Depot Team Leader to drive day-to-day success in a fast-paced operation. You will energise the team to maintain high safety and quality standards and to improve performance, delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include planning workloads, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with the Site Manager to ensure efficient on-site logistics and equipment maintenance. This role is on-site in the Doncaster area.

Qualifications

• Relevant vocational qualification or experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience of managing or supervising teams.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• FLT licence or willingness to undertake training.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a positive, high-performing and safety-first culture; motivate and engage the team to deliver productivity and quality.
• Plan and allocate work to ensure smooth workflow across activities.
• Monitor performance in real time; provide coaching and support; maintain a safe, well-organised environment.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate on-site logistics activities and ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.
