Howdens Joinery Limited is recruiting for an Assistant Depot Manager in the UK. You’ll support the Depot Manager, lead a team, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service across the depot.

You’ll build strong relationships with local trade customers, oversee operations including warehouse and stock, and help achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. The role offers training, development, and a strong team culture.

Formación

• Experience leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer focus with a clear commercial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Depot Manager in the day-to-day running of the depot.
• Build and maintain relationships with local trade customers.
• Lead, coach and develop the team to improve performance; oversee sales, customer service, warehouse and stock.
• Review performance and help drive sales and achieve targets.
• Promote the full range of products and services; deputise for the Depot Manager when needed.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety across the depot.
